Meet Matt, A New Era Land Agent!
A lifelong outdoorsman and land enthusiast, Matt Oliver brings two decades of farming experience in Macon County, Georgia, to New Era Land Company. Born in Americus, Matt grew up with a deep appreciation for the land, having lived across the Southeast as a teenager before returning to his roots.
Hunting and land stewardship aren’t just hobbies for Matt—they’re a way of life. He lives and breathes the pursuit of big deer and understands firsthand the value of land ownership. As the sixth generation on his family’s 300-acre farm in Macon County, he takes pride in preserving its legacy, knowing his son, Lane, represents the seventh generation.
Matt’s passion for the outdoors, farming, and helping others find their own piece of land runs deep. Whether it’s for hunting, farming, or building a family legacy, he’s committed to guiding clients through every step of the process.
When he’s not working, you’ll find Matt in the woods, in the fields, or spending time with his wife of 14 years, Ivy, and their son, Lane.
