Meet Brandon, New Era’s Managing Partner, and Land Agent!

Brandon is a South Georgia native, born and raised in Americus, GA. Married to his high school sweetheart, Lauren, they have two young sons, Bennett and Andrew. Brandon’s love for the land and the outdoors began at an early age learning to bow hunt whitetail on a plantation cut tract of timber in the New Era community of Sumter County, for which New Era Land Company is named.

Brandon earned an athletic scholarship and attended college at Georgia Southwestern State University earning a Bachelor of Business Administration and Management. Brandon has nearly a decade of experience in finance, beginning his career as a commercial lender in 2014, then transitioning to agricultural lending for both Southwest Georgia Farm Credit and Ag Georgia Farm Credit. Throughout his lending career, he has been privileged to build and develop lasting relationships with active land investors all over the southeast. These relationships, built on trust and mutual respect, will bode well for all New Era clients.

In addition to land and family, Brandon has a passion for commercial and residential real estate. Brandon has worked to restore and revitalize several stately, Victorian-style, properties for both commercial and residential occupancy in the heart of historic downtown Americus. These ventures have given Brandon a unique understanding of the needs of real estate investors and have better prepared him to serve his clients at New Era.

In addition to his business endeavors, Brandon is active in his community serving as a Board Member of Hands of Hope Pregnancy Resources Center.
