Meet Chesley, a New Era Land Agent!
Born and raised in Cuthbert, Georgia, Chesley Yelverton Ekkel grew up enjoying the outdoors with activities like hunting and fishing. Coming from a family connected to logging, she learned to appreciate the resources that land can provide.
In 2007, Chesley moved to Americus to attend Georgia Southwestern, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration and management. Over the years, she has worked in various roles, including the 4-H program and agricultural equipment parts sales.
Currently, Chesley manages the office at a steel building company and helps run her husband’s small business. Besides her work and real estate involvement, she treasures her role as “Mama,” loves deer and dove hunting, and enjoys spending quality time with her family.
