Landon was born and raised in Central Georgia where he spent most of his time on his family farm in Ellaville, Georgia. His passion for land comes from preserving the property that has been in his family for 8 generations. This upbringing has taught Landon the value of property management for the use of agricultural and recreational purposes.
While attending Georgia Southern University, Landon received his BS in Construction Management with an emphasis in Finance. During his time in college, Landon was instrumental in Operation Kare, a student-led initiative to provide track chairs for wounded veterans. These all-terrain track chairs allow wounded servicemen and women to get back to the outdoors
His experience in heavy civil and commercial construction has allowed him to make many connections throughout the South East. Landon’s hard-work ethic combined with his passion for the outdoors has steered him to a career in land sales and investment.
As someone who’s experienced what the power of land holds, Landon wants to work with clients to visualize the potential and achieve pride of ownership in their investment.
